Public pool parties may be scheduled during normal pool operating hours. Public pool parties are available for a 3-hour block during normal pool hours for up to 25 non-member guests. The party must end 30 minutes before scheduled pool closing for the day. Only one public pool party is available per day. Reservations are first-come, first-served. Party reservation includes 25 wristbands to distribute to guests. Wristbands must be worn by all non-member attendees. Guests who are already Robin Hill Pool members do not need wristbands.
The cost for a public pool party is $150 (there is no separate lifeguard fee required since the party is held during normal pool hours). You will not have exclusive use of the pool premises, however, the large picnic table will be reserved for you during pool party time. You may bring in your own food/drink (NO GLASS). Folding tables and refrigerator/freezer space are available. You can rent a grill for food preparation for an additional $20.
Public pool parties may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled party. If you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled party, $50 of your pool party payment will be forfeited and the balance of the payment will be refunded to you. In the event of inclement weather (lightning/thunder), the party may be rescheduled or the rental fee refunded.
Person making the pool party reservation must be 21 years of age or older and an active Robin Hill Pool member.
The pool member must be on site for the entirety of the pool party. If you are booking a party on behalf of a group or organization, you are responsible for the behavior of your guests.
POOL PARTY RULES:
For all pool parties, normal 10-minute rest breaks will be observed at 10 minutes to each hour.
No glass containers are allowed anywhere on pool property.
No smoking or vaping within the pool gates.

NOTE: Payment of the pool rental fee must be made in full to secure the requested date. Your party will not be reserved until this fee is paid. Your pool party is not confirmed until you have submitted your reservation request and the pool rental fee, received a confirmation e-mail from Robin Hill Pool (AND responded to that e-mail).
Weather policy: If it is sprinkling, cool, and cloudy with no signs of lighting/thunder, the pool party will proceed. Robin Hill Pool reserves the right to postpone or cancel a pool party reservation due to emergencies (i.e., severe weather, chemical or filtration problems). In this case, a refund of the rental fee will be made, or a mutually-agreeable alternate date may be substituted in lieu of a refund.
